New listing! Welcome to our Fort Myers home away from home, featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a gorgeous lanai with a pool, and fully equipped kitchen. Located in Arborwood Preserve, enjoy the large array of amenities such as a resort style pool, fitness studio, outdoor dining, and more! Lounge in one of the outdoors chairs or couch by the pool with a good book or movie on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large TV, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with oversized shower. A second bedroom & bathroom are great for a second couple, with the wing separated from the main living space by a hallway. A third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth bedroom a twin as well as a printer, desk & chair, perfect for office or school work.
WIFI included. Large smart TVs throughout the home with streaming available. Two car garage - pool & home equipment stored in garage. Propane grill (BBQ) available. Crib and booster seat, beach chairs & umbrellas available.

Summary: Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms with a convertible den used as both and office and extra bedroom for a small child. 3 full baths. Very well appointed and stocked with many items including paper products and a full range of kitchen tools and appliances. Arbor wood is a nice community but small with a small outdoor tiki bar/restaurant with excellent bar food. No indoor seating so not great in inclement weather, but good for most days in SW Florida. Would definitely rent again. Rental agency was great and responsive to minor issues that occurred during our stay.
