This unique place has a style all its own! Hi, I’m Nick & I’ve restored this beautiful brick home with new updates. This pool + spa haus is for those who are looking for a retreat in the city.
I’ve created this space with health & wellness in mind. A place that’s open for the open minded. I look forward to having you!
When you enter the home, there’s a large living room that opens up to dining room big enough for six! The kitchen is fully updated with all new appliances. I’ve stocked up the coffee & for those who enjoy herbal refreshments, we have a variety of teas + there’s a smoothie station!
The bathroom is a retreat in and of it self. I’ve put in a waterfall shower + a stand alone tub in this spacious bathroom. The best part of this bathroom? Well, open the side door & you have a year round *HEATED* pool!
Downstairs has another bathroom, yoga studio, sauna & red light therapy bed. It’s not a tanning bed, think of a SAD lamp but for your whole body. I’ve created this space with health & wellness in mind. Time to relax and rejuvenate! I look forward to having you!
