Just step outside your spacious corner condo to the pool or walk a short distance to the private Adagio beach. YFAB's luxury condo has high end bedding, 100% cotton sheets and towels.
-The master bedroom with KING size bed and private bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks and large shower.
- Second bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall.
-Third bedroom has two full size beds and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.
- Bonus bunk room just off of the kitchen!
All beds are equipped with 100% cotton sheets and high end mattresses.
Each bathroom has 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, hand soaps, shower soaps and starter supplies of paper goods.
Pool front patio has Polywood table and chairs and two chaise lounges complete with cushions for sunning by the pool!
The kitchen is outfitted for the most discerning of chefs - and you will find it well equipped with everything your family needs to enjoy it's beach vacation. Regular and Keurig coffee makers, crockpot, blender, food processor, four slice toaster and toaster oven to just name a few appliances!

- Relax on the spacious sectional couch while you enjoy the 46" Smart TV.
- Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and Simmons Beautyrest Plush Firm mattresses.
- Full size large capacity washer/dryer plus ironing board, iron and drying rack. YFAB also includes laundry detergent.
Adagio has its own gym, hot tub, two pools (gulf front pool is heated November to April) and is gated for your security. Just outside the gate is a twenty-mile biking/walking trail. Your Friend at The Beach provides two free bike rentals , so you can explore everything the exciting 30A area has to offer in nearby Seaside, Watercolor and all of 30A's unique seaside villages.
Adagio E 101 is located in the E building on the southern side next to D building. It's corner location looks out on the pool and green space.
Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). Your Friend at The Beach has another condo almost next door so you can bring family and friends for an even better beach vacation.
On-site gym, newly updated with more equipment and larger space and is open 7 am to 10 pm.
Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.

Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas but the area available to set up your own beach chairs is limited.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA. Only two cars permitted per condo.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations. VRBO has a separate booking fee that they DO refund if you cancel.
Please review all charges if you book on VRBO or other channels as Your Friend at the Beach cannot refund charges made by not booking directly.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and E-checks. Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
