Summary:
Our seasonal rental condo is located in the condominium community of Harbour Cove and it features a warm and sparkling pool with bay views, gulf views from the main bedroom and terrace and it is located in a very pedestrian friendly part of Naples including being able to walk to the beach at multiple access points!
Our 3 bedroom and 2 full sized bathroom condo has been recently completely refurbished and it features a floor plan with the living spaces in the back (pool and bay side) and bedrooms in the middle and towards the front (Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Shore Blvd N side). This unit has sustained NO DAMAGE from Hurricane Ian and the Pool, Pool Deck, Grills and Chickee are all ready for guests to enjoy!
The Space:
Upon entering the condo you come immediately into the totally renovated and refurbished kitchen which features white hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large counter behind the sink which opens up to the family room. There are chairs that are pulled up behind the counter near the sink to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or an informal meal. Just beyond the kitchen is the dry bar with matching counters, cabinets and it has a wine cooler.
The dining space features a rectangular table that seats 6 and it has views out to the pool and to the Outer Doctors Bay beyond. Next to the dining space is the family room which has a sofa and glass topped coffee table and guests can watch the Smart TV.
Behind the family room space is the sun room which has a love seat and 2 additional chairs and a side table. There is a small step down to an additional door that takes guests out to the outside terrace that has views to the Outer Doctors Bay and the Pool and Chickee Hut.
Headed back towards the middle of the condo is a main hallway connecting all the bedrooms, bathrooms and utility room. The utility room is the first room on the right and it has the full sized washer and dryer which is a great amenity considering many of the older buildings up and down Gulf Shore Blvd only have common laundry!
The first bedroom on the left features a bunk bed with full sized beds. It has a small desk with a lamp and a window looking towards the outside corridor. The second full sized bathroom is jsut outside this bedroom and to the right and it has a glass enclosed shower, lots of cabinet space and a large vanity and mirror.
The second bedroom is about halfway down this hallway to the left and it features a Queen bed with dual night stands and reading lamps and a large dresser. It's window also looks out to the outside corridor.
At the back (Western) end of the condo is the main bedroom which features a King bed, dual night stands and lamps and it has a spectacular view out to Gulf Shore Blvd N and the Gulf of Mexico beyond! The attached en suite bathroom has a very large walk in closet and an extra large sink with dual fixtures and there is an accessible stand up tub/shower combo.
The main bedroom has its very own private open air terrace which has a small bistro set. Guests can sit on the terrace and watch the comings and goings in the Moorings as well as having views of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy some of our spectacular sunsets!
This condo comes with one assigned parking space and there is additional guest spaces. The condo has a storage closet that contains 4 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guests to use throughout their stay at this condo. The onsite amenities include a heated kidney shaped pool, a large pool deck with chaise lounges and tables and chairs as well as a Chickee hut with a bar, 2 propane gas grills and walk ways throughout connecting to the different parts of the building and down to the water as well as out to Gulf Shore Blvd which is very pedestrian friendly. Outer Doctors Bay has a walkway along the seawall and there is a fishing pier guests can use as well which has a fish cleaning station.
Harbour Cove is located just one mile south of the Venetian Village which features many different types of retail shops and waterside restaurants. The building is equidistant to two public beach accesses which are both less then a half mile away -Via Miramar is in the south and Vedado Way is to the north. Downtown Naples is just 3.5 miles away!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 HOA application fee that is NOT included with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY
Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
