This home is located on a channel that leads to Lost Lake in the Martiny Chain of Lakes. Martiny is home to nine lakes all connected by channels. Nine! Location is very close to public hunting land and your paddle down the channel is brief before you are on the open water. If you don’t hunt or fish, you will still appreciate the serene location of this cottage and enjoy the on site pontoon (fee), rowboat or kayaks (2). The home features a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a small bathroom with a stand up shower, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is fully stocked for your kitchen needs and linens are provided with the exception of bath towels. Sheets, blankets, and dish towels are all on hand. Guests can enjoy the deck or sun porch view of the channel while reading a book or be more active and get out and explore the chain of lakes in the boats. Duck hunting, ice fishing, small animal trapping, and deer hunting are all available very nearby during the off-season. Year round rental but the pontoon is available only 04/15 thru 10/15. Guests will pay a $500 deposit for the pontoon boat via Zelle or PayPal which will be refunded within three days after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection for boat/dock damage and no other accidents we will refund the deposit. A signed waiver and a copy of your drivers license is necessary. Pontoon boat rental fees are dependent on the length of stay.
