Finding the right vacation rental can be a daunting task! Look no further...Pointe Santo de Sanibel Unit A-5 is for you! More like a private home, you can walk out the lanai door and be on the beach in seconds. No more loading bags and coolers in preparation for a day at the beach! You have the convenience of going back and forth whenever you'd like! The beach-front pool, hot tub and club house are in the center of the complex, also just steps out the lanai door.
Inside, the condo is warm and inviting. You will instantly feel relaxed and at home! The master suite has a private bathroom, king-size bed and TV. The full wall of south facing windows have a direct view of the beach. You can hear the ocean as you sleep and watch the sunrise in the morning.
The second bedroom has one queen bed AND one twin bed. There is also a pack-n-play if needed. The second bedroom has direct access to its own full bathroom. It also has a TV.
The recently remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room are open-concept with stunning views of the beach/Gulf of Mexico from the entire space! The kitchen has new granite countertops, white cabinetry, an island with seating for two, as well as a separate breakfast bar with seating for three more. There is also a new dining table which seats six, and a large new sectional couch in the living room.
There is central air conditioning throughout, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The unit also has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, cable, and hi-speed wireless internet access.
We provide beach chairs, beach toys, towels and an assortment of games. The complex has beach volleyball, tennis courts (with rackets available to borrow) and a KIDS PROGRAM with daily activities, smoothies and ice-cream treats, and a "pizza and movie" parents-night-out! There are also tiki huts and gas grills close by!
The unit is handicapped accessible and non-smoking. The reserved parking spot that comes with the unit is about as close as you can get to the front door!
We have put our hearts into making this a space that we love! We have made many memories here with our own family, and we visit and update frequently. Our goal is to make this a space that you will love to visit year after year too!
