We hope you will choose to stay at our newly-renovated and newly-furnished 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo overlooking Lake Taneycomo in the beautiful Point Royale Golf Community.
We have one King bed and one Queen bed, all with comfy new mattresses and a new sleeper sofa that will pull out to a Queen bed as well. There is a new modern electric fireplace installed in the corner of the living room with an all stone accent wall. There are 2 flat screen smart TV's in the unit.
A new sliding barn door is a fun addition to the living room. This area opens up to the hallway where there is a closet for the new washer and dryer you are free to use. It's also a short cut to the Master Bedroom and Bath. The Master Bedroom and the Living Room both have sliding glass doors that go out to the private deck.
This deck offers you a tree top view with the sweet sounds of the gently moving water below and glimpses of the sparkling waters of Taneycomo. In the winter, you can see more of the lake and all the way to Tablerock Dam.
The kitchen has everything you should need to cook a few meals if you desire. It features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a black quartz counter top. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. This unit also has all new flooring, is freshly painted and has a new HVAC system, water heater and water softener.
It is an easy access condo with parking right out front and only 6 steps up to the spacious landing and covered front porch area. Pointe Royale is a gated community which you will get access to and features a fabulous golf course you are welcome to play plus there is free access to a large and gorgeous outdoor pool, an indoor pool, hot tub, a workout gym, and hiking trails. There is a great little grill at the clubhouse to go get breakfast, lunch or a cold drink if you desire.
And don't forget about the fishing! Incredible trout fishing access right in Pointe Royale! We are just downstream from the trout hatchery. (Some limits and rules apply.)
Branson is such a fun place to visit! We are on the South side of Branson with easy access to Table Rock State Park and Marina only 5.6 miles away and only 5.8 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede on the Highway 76 Strip with lots of fun things to do and see in between.

Summary: My family was extremely pleased staying in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo was clean and had the perfect amenities (washer/dryer, coffee maker, kitchen, nice living area, chess game, swimming pool at the golf club house) that made our stay quite enjoyable. The condo is located within a 5 to 15 minute drive of the attractions in Branson. The entrance to the golf resort has great sight lines for seeing cars compared to the other resorts in the area as Branson is located in a hilly area. A suggested don't miss while you are in Branson is swimming at Moonshine Beach for a $5 entrance fee. The beach is 5 minutes from the condo. Very happy staying in this condo and we hope to come back.
