Negative: No dishwasher, broken doors in kitchen, 3 baby high chairs in the middle of the lounge room, cart supplied with car seat attached (hard to remove), no door on ensuite bathroom, unclean louvred windows hidden by blinds, but dust and muck blew into the ensuite bathroom when it was windy, louvred windows wouldn't close properly in one bedroom.
