Positive: Exceptional location, easy to access all nearby locations. We used it as a base camp, pool was not open at that time, too early in the year, but it did not matter to us and the price was acceptable. Instructions and the rule book were spot on...really. Internet wifi great. Connectivity was great, road access from different directions, all major cities within 1.5h drive, nearby town (Peschiera) has train connectivity but a bit too expensive tickets, so we roamed by car on la autostrada.....all in all a great road trip all together. Breathtaking scenery all around the Lake. Recommended!!!
Negative: Trash bins, which are in the "rule book", for the sorted waste were not to be found (only one of three), but we managed with the help of a super cool neighbor. It was the slip of the cleaning crew, so this hopefully helps with that. Oh and a somewhat small TV, wearing googles so...... but no time for it anyway, we were not there to watch TV. Minor issue, writing this just to remedy.....still recommending very much so.
