The community fees are subject to change, we do not have control over community fee charges after booking is complete. Please contact arrowhead community directly for fees related queries.
Registration within 3 days is allowed but in order to encourage early registration so that staff can keep up with incoming registrations, a late fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival).
This registration form will NOT accept any registrations less than one (1) day prior to the arrival date. If done within three (3) days it is $100 extra.
While we’ll make every effort to keep the propane tanks full we cannot guarantee that the propane tanks will be full and it is the responsibility of the guest to take care of firewood.
We provide propane tanks as a courtesy to our guests. We have spare propane tanks which can be exchanged at Walmart or any propane exchange store. If you find the tanks are empty, please exchange them at Walmart or any propane exchange store nearby.
Firewood (for fireplace or fire pit as applicable) is also the responsibility of the guest.
We provide wheelchair accessibility.
We need at least 4 days' notice to get a ramp access.
Pet
We love pets but due to compliance with our cleaning contract with vendors, we could allow only dogs as pets. There is a pet fee of $150 per dog per stay. Please see the house rules. As VRBO doesn’t have a way to collect pet fee upfront during booking we’ll send a payment request for pet fee after the booking.
Transaction:
All transactions will happen through the VRBO system and to safeguard our guest we strongly encourage to make any payments through VRBO portal only.
There are animals in the vicinity, so please always secure your trash bins.
Please note that we have taken every effort to make sure that the house is clean and fresh for your stay. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the cleaning or for anything else please get back to us with a written communication, we will make every effort to remediate the issue as soon as possible. Please note that after 8 PM on the date of Check-in we will not entertain or issue any refunds whatsoever.

The Pet fee is access separate as VRBO does not have an option to access that fee as part of their booking.
Temporary Membership Fee:
The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and up:-
This is not charged during VRBO booking.
Later, depending upon the number of guests and number of cars, a separate payment request will be sent to make the payment.
Temporary Membership (In season) - $8.50 per night per person age 6 & up.
Temporary Membership (Weekly Rate in season) - $42.50 for 5-7 nights per person age 6 and up.
Temporary Membership (Off season) - $2.00 per night per person age 6 and up.
Day Guest: Temporary Membership ( In season)- $8.50 per night per person age 6 and up.
Day Guest: Temporary Membership ( Off season)- $2.00 per night per person age 6 and up.
Administration Fees: - Each rental registration is $20.
Vehicle Gate / Access Card Fee: - $20 each.
Due to our contract with the cleaning vendor, we allow only dogs as pets. There is a fee of $150 per dog per stay.
ARROWHEAD LAKE POLICY ARROWHEAD LAKE AMENITIES (w/ fee):
3 heated swimming pools, 4 beaches, a clubhouse, fitness room, game room with pool tables, tennis & basketball courts, beach, volleyball court.
For last minute bookings (3 days within check-in) there will be an additional fee of $100 at the gate.

Please have a paper copy of your drivers registration. Lot of guests have a electronic copy on the smart phone. They do not accept it anymore.
