Negative: The location is remote in the forest and you need to take the car everyday for skiing and eating, there is no sidewalk or if they are they are covered in snow. None took the trash or cleaned the place for the 5 days we were there. We had one evening without running watter. The shower is only fixed, no mobile shower and the water splashes everywhere. The most uncomfortable is that in winter the heating is done with AC only there is no central heating. Sometimes is cold, than too hot, very dry, very noisy during the night. Overall I do not recommend it!
