Positive: we liked the quiet and the back garden was enclosed and a nice size for dogs to play in, it was a little further out than we normally stay but we enjoyed it 10 -15 mins walk to beech and then walks on beech in both directions, we found a lovely pub just 5mins away The Ship opened at 3oclock which was great for us as we usually go out early in the morning get back to lodge about 1.30 for a little siesta{we are old lol } then to pub for a couple of hours
Negative: for us it was perfect maybe some people would like to be more closer to amenities but if you want quiet its the place to stay.
