Summary: House was clean. Property manager was prompt to respond, even sent a plumber Saturday morning. Yard was a muddy mess from gravel drive to door steps. No hand rail on porch, not real good for us 70. There was no instructions as what to do upon exit, stop beds ? Laundry? Trash?. We just did what we've done at other stats, stripped beds, left clean dishes
