Our two bedroom, family friendly, senior friendly, Panama City Beach Florida condo rental was professionally decorated with contemporary style furnishings, and has over 1400 square feet of unique architecture and details that you won't find anywhere else on the beach. Being on the low floor helps families to feel especially comfortable with children. Along with a great room which encompasses living and dining as the focal point for family gatherings, the 9' ceilings, crown moldings, recessed lighting, are just some of the features that help to make this condo feel like a home. Our oceanfront family room has new furnishings, including a sofa sleeper with queen size bed...two matching swivel chairs...new coffee table and end table...brand new wood flooring throughout...new 45' flat screen tv, cable tv with movie channels, dvd player...our own private collection of movies (pg) with a variety that will please everyone... books, board games and magazines. We also have free WIFI internet service. The master bedroom features a brand new king size bed (top of the line), block out drapes for late morning sleeping, designer quality linens/pillows and overlooks the oceanfront with double patio doors that lead to the expansive 30' balcony. There's a new flat screen tv, along with an immense walk in closet for extra storage. The master bath features an oversized double shower with dual shower heads, double marble sinks and separate commode room...especially for those who like their privacy. The second bedroom also features designer linens/pillows, a queen size bed, block out drapes for those that like to sleep in, new flat screen tv, spacious closet, along with its own private bath. The kitchen has all top of the line GE Profile appliances, double door refrigerator, glass top range, dishwasher, microwave, with black granite countertops, bar stools, cookware, bake ware, and a separate formal dining area. There's also a George Foreman grill, crockpot and coffee grinder. Everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal is here for your use. Or, walk next door to experience one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach. Making our home complete is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, along with an expansive foyer to greet your guests.
