Welcome to our guest home. We would like for you to enjoy and respect it as you would your own. Our goal is to create a wonderful 'experience' for you and look forward to new and past guests alike. This home is clean and free of clutter with all linens and towels provided. The washer and dryer are coin free. Private site- (Right across the road from a 300-hundred acre Bison ranch); view of beautiful mountains and wildlife while being only 8 minute drive to Dreams Park ( 5.5 miles ) and 10 minutes to Cooperstown Village. We are 13 miles from the All Star Village ball park ( 17 minutes ) This home is available from June - August for weekly Ball Park Rental. The home is not owner occupied, leaving no personal 'clutter' behind! We like it if you leave it renter ready and ask that you leave it as you find it. We always try to be there to greet you when you arrive and are easily available throughout your stay. I have been in the hospitality business for 15 years and take pride in making sure your stay is enjoyable. The perfect location is one of its best, very clean, never pets and no smoking. The cell service is very poor and we have found that Verizon wireless has the better service. We do provide a landline and that number is 607-293-6804. At this time we are not offering WIFI due to our area being rural and there is poor service. This could change by 2020 but I can not make any guarantees.
