No deje de dar un paseo por el inmenso parque de Rosales, o ir andando al Palacio Real atravesando los jardines de la Plaza de España.Descripción de la viviendaLa vivienda completamente nueva y decorada en abril del 2011 en ambiente moderno y acogedor, está situada en un edificio rehabilitado en el año 2000. La fachada del edificio conserva el aire señorial del edificio, mientras que el interior fue completamente reconstruido. Se trata de un piso super luminoso con un balcon a la Calle Ventura Rodríguez. La decoración ha sido especialmente cuidada para mantener el alto nivel de la finca en que se encuentra la vivienda. La estancia principal cuenta con dos ambientes diferenciados. Al entrar, nos encontramos con la zona de estar-comedor que cuenta con un sofá cama TV, DVD y todas las comodidades necesarias. Una amplia estantería, hace las veces de mesa de comedor, donde también podremos preparar comodamente nuestra visita por el centro de Madrid. Más adelante, al lado del balcón, se encuentra la estancia del dormitorio, que cuenta con cama de matrimonio y un amplio armario. El cuarto de baño, moderno y perfectamente equipado, dispone de bañera. La cocina, de diseño moderno, dispone de lavadora, vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera y todos los utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar en su estancia.
