Positive: We were met by host anais who was really friendly and helpful We had problem with there being no kettle but I think this is an English thing 😂 We boiled water in a saucepan but it was tasting horrible We spoke to anais who got us a kettle and tried to clean out the milk boiler that was there that was stinky also mitts to hold saucepans which had no handles. Anais came out straight away which we did NOT expect but she wanted to I would highly recommend anais to anybody she was so kind, helpful and informative 10/10 👍🏻
Negative: No bedside cabinets to put drink on when in bed No saucepans with handles
