Welcome to Par 3! The Bobcat Golf Course awaits your arrival! The two-bedroom, two-bath Farmington Vista condo is light and airy.
A covered lanai overlooking the Bobcat Golf course is located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed and a huge shower, as well as an office space, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, WiFi, and a washing and dryer. The neighborhood has a BBQ gas grill just outside your door, as well as a clubhouse, community, heated pool, and a busy social calendar. This property does not contain a membership transfer. Don’t miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Summary: Very nice condo with a nice view of the golf course. Well stocked kitchen, nice screened in lanai. My only complaint is with Gulf Coast Rentals maintenance people. I called to tell them we accidentally locked the key to our storage unit inside the unit. They said someone would call before they came out. No one ever called or came out. We were able to get it open when we told the maintenance man for Plantation. He had a key.
