A Quaint country retreat just a few MINUTES drive outside of Sebastopol town.
Only vacation rental with private retro arcade that will immediately catapult you into the golden age of arcades of the 80’s and 90’s.
Entire home is decked out with arcade pop art, poster art and decorative arcade marquee light boxes. A vintage arcade lover’s dream getaway that kids and adults alike can enjoy together! Truly a one of a kind getaway.
The space
This completely NEW country home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an expansive great open room great for socializing or just hanging out. New beautiful acacia hardwood flooring throughout home.
Home decor is centered around the theme of ARCADES. Art from renowned arcade pop art artists and framed arcade posters convey the arcade vibe throughout the interior.
Not only will private arcade bring you back to the golden age of gaming but the art, colors and creativity will surround you during your stay.
Huge 600+ square foot garage space with high ceilings serves as an ULTIMATE arcade.
You will be hard pressed to find any amenity like this in any short term rental out there!

-All arcade games are set to FREE PLAY. Yes you heard right! FREE PLAY! This is where the value is in your own private setting.
When you step outside into the backyard, you will be greeted by a luxury hot tub and a 5 burner BBQ grill.
Further on, there is a edible garden all over the property. For some R&R , there are 2 redwood decks waiting for you to indulge in. One deck has has two heavenly nest chairs. The other has a wicker sofa to lounge and chill. To escape the sun, there is a gazebo with a outdoor sofa for shade.
The entire back outdoor space was curtailed for ultimate relaxation and privacy for our guests.
We also offer level 2 EV charging to our guests with electric vehicles. Guests need to bring own cord.
For any guests with four legged friends, we charge a pet cleaning fee of $50.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home and large landscaped front and backyard areas.
Feel free to enjoy coffee, tea, and cold drinks in the fridge. Cook ware and spices are also available.
Other things to note
SAFE TRAVELING GUIDELINES:
-You are required to follow all local social distancing orders. This includes wearing a mask where required to do so and keeping 6 or more from others.
-Cancel or postpone your stay if you feel sick, or if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19. We encourage visitors to get a Covid-19 test before traveling, and to take the temperature of everyone in your group before leaving for your trip.
-Notify us right away if anyone in your group tests positive for Coronavirus during or after your stay.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Quiet hours 10:00PM-7:00AM. If you want to party after hours, do not book this home. It's not the right house for you.
We have wonderful and friendly neighbors that we respect and we expect the same from our guests.
We don’t accept Group payment bookings. If you have a group, we accept single payment only.
The two single beds are rollaway beds. One in each of the bedroom closets. Bedding is on the shelf above in each of the bedroom closets. Both bedroom or living room has enough space to accommodate the rollaway beds.
Our house is child friendly but not child proof. E.g. we do not have electrical plug covers in home.
Max Overnight Occupancy: Max occupancy is 6 persons, NOT including children UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE.
Max Occupants: Max number of registered guests and their visitors allowed during the day is 12 persons. This limit does not apply to children under 3, nor does it apply on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas.
Parking : Max number of vehicles allowed for overnights guests shall be 2.
