This 4 bedroom villa with private pool is situated within 200 metres of the beach at Pissouri Bay. Located midway between Paphos and Limassol, Pissouri is a great base from which the rest of the island can be explored. As you enter the villa you will find the spacious open plan living and dining area tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas with entertainment being provided by the satellite television (CYTA satellite with 55+ TV channels), wireless internet connection and a DVD player. The formal dining table comfortably seats 6. The spacious kitchen features all modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen area also features two dining tables for less formal dining seating in total 8. A guest cloakroom is also available on this floor. A small book, DVD and board game collection has been thoughtfully provided by the owner. Moving to the 1st floor you will find the villa's 4 bedrooms; master double bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. A full family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. The master bedroom and double bedroom share the furnished balcony. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. All the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for heating and cooling) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available. Outside the 9m x 4m swimming pool (with walk in steps) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower.
