The Space:
Upon entering the villa, you'll find the majority of the home centrally located on the ground floor. To the right down the entry hallway is a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The heart of the home features an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, a half bath, a dining area for 8, and a comfortable living room with an entertainment system. Ten-foot ceilings and large glass doors leading to the patio create an open and airy ambiance, perfect for cooking or relaxing. Enjoy the beach views and sounds from the back patio or take in the Caribbean scenery while dining.
As you head up the stairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first features two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating. Further down the hall, and slightly more private, is the Deluxe King Suite, which boasts a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. All bedrooms in the villa come equipped with smart TVs, ceiling fans, AC, and beautiful en-suite bathrooms.
Guest Access:
Base Price & Additional Guests:
To make it more affordable for smaller parties, the base price accommodates up to four guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please inform us of any changes to your party size, as we need to update your reservation accordingly. If guests arrive with more people than stated in your reservation, we will charge for the additional guests before check-in.
Safety & House Rules:
For safety and to ensure house rules are being followed, there are Ring door cameras in place.
Check-In Process:
BOOKVI makes the Self Check In process very easy for its guests! We will be in contact with you throughout your travel day for any questions that may come up. A guided check in can be scheduled upon request.

Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating the terrain on St. John. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and also have a few villa vehicles available.
Other Things to Note:
You will receive a contract to finalize your booking. Once your flights are booked, please provide us with your flight information to help plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private water service, boat charters, private chefs, and massages.
