You don't have to "walk the plank" to enjoy this recently updated St. George Island beachfront treasure! Pirates Booty is sure to please even the most argh of your party. From the Gulf front porches, enjoy watching dolphins frolick, jet skis cruise and fishing boats bringing in the days catch in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The private pool provides a relaxing environment.
The ground floor level features an outdoor shower and commode, fish cleaning sink, storage area for your beach and pool toys, gas grill and plenty of parking.
The first elevated floor has beautiful Gulf views, includes a large living room for family fun and games and movie night; a large formal dining room with seating for 8, a breakfast nook with seating for 4, and a bar with bar stools; a well equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig Duo and all the necessities to cook up those large family meals; a king bedroom and bath; and a front porch to enjoy abundant Gulf breezes, shade and a view of the pool to watch the kiddies play.
The second elevated floor includes a king master suite with direct access to the beachfront porch, a queen guest room with private bath and direct access to the beachfront porch, a second queen guest bedroom with a private bath, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunkbed and full size pull out futon sleeper and private bath.
The laundry room is located inside the ground level entrance.

Provided all occupancy guidelines are followed, including pets, there are no additional fees charged by the owner.
Additional notes to be considered for homes in the Plantation:
All persons that may be driving a vehicle into or out of the Plantation are required to be registered with Plantation security upon check-in.
Vehicles are required to be parked in the rented property driveway or on the rented property. Pirates’ Booty has parking for five vehicles, six maximum.
Guests are not allowed to have golf carts and/or motorcycles inside the Plantation.
Pirates Booty has Plantation amenity privileges, to include tennis courts, pickle ball court, fitness center and pools. Please note, the pools are not heated.
Fires and fireworks are not allowed inside the Plantation or on St George beaches.
You are strongly encouraged to consider/purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
The pool has an attached small “jetted” pool, not a hot tub. Neither can be heated.

Summary: This property is located in a secluded and gated part of the island and right on the beach with spectacular views of the gulf and the wildlife. The kitchen is very well stocked. Much more like a home kitchen. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner with ease. The rooms are very well insulated so we didn’t disturb anyone’s sleep even with six adults in the house. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We had no issues.
