Argh, Matey! Tis be the best pirate house in all th' seven seas! Avast yer lookin' at other... OK, we can't keep up with the pirate talk through this whole listing, but keep reading! Pirate's Paradise is made for family fun and we've got the pirate/nautical theme throughout the entire place! The 4200 sq ft "L" shaped house wraps around an amazing entertainer's backyard - a huge pool with a large baja step for the little ones, a waterfall grotto so you can soak in the cool shade, a conversation area (yes, IN the pool) and you can even swim up and sit at the counter and be served a burger from the huge in-ground outdoor kitchen (with a gas BBQ.) There are plenty of chaise lounges for sun bathing but, after late morning, the long covered patio area is in full shade.
The main house has a large great room with a good sized kitchen that's fully equipped (even for a turkey dinner), a large dining table, a cozy living room with a 65 in TV above the fireplace and a game room with a shuffleboard and pool table - all in one big space. Pirates love their "together" time!
Just off that is a great kids gaming and movie room that is stocked with over 40 pirate movies and books. Argh!! All little pirates be lovin' this! Sorry. Slipped into pirate talk again! (Bring your own gaming system and games.)
There are two large master suites - The Nautical Master and The Ocean Master. Both have king beds and each include a full sized futon couch.
We've also got three decked out bunk rooms for the mates - The Pirate's Cove, sleeps 4 children or young adults. Sharky's Yacht Club, sleeps 4 children only, and the Under the Sea room, bunks sleep 4 children or young adults.
Add onto that our tropical casita with King bed and double futon with lots of privacy, king bed, kitchenette, TV, 3/4 bath.

Summary: The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 14. The rooms are spread out enough to have privacy, the bathrooms have great quality towels and extra amenities if anything was forgotten. The pool was a little cold even in the 100+ heat but there were plenty of floaties and places to sit in both the sun and shade. Nothing negative to say about the house and Deb was great to work with.
