The Shores SLEEPS 11 PERSONS. Half way up the surf side of Fraser Island, between Eurong & Happy Valley, "The Shores" is the first option of a 2 residence holiday home (other half sleeps a further 12 persons). The Shores is surrounded by national park, lawns and grevilleas - and just 70m walk to the beach. Pipis is on the beach and great for both fishermen and families in that it is central to all attractions and major fishing areas on the Island and a safe haven for children to play and enjoy with generous grassed areas amongst the trees.
It's a great base to explore the natural wonders of Fraser Island as you can access places of interest (including Happy Valley and the Lakes) through inland tracks when the tides make the beach difficult to drive.
Pipis has a permanent on-site Manager/Caretaker to maintain the property and your security.
“The Shores” is a ground level self contained residence which sleeps 11 within a configuration of 3 bedrooms. The residence is fully screened with fans for your comfort. There is a fully equipped kitchen with two fridge freezers (bait freezer also available).
The facilities include two toilets, a large walk-in bathroom/shower and a second private outside shower exclusive to The Shores. Generous decks are on two sides with BBQ and a communal laundry is available.
Step off your deck and take a tranquil stroll around the tree studded grounds while listening to birdsong or just snooze after sightseeing/fishing. There is parking for up to four or more vehicles and a fish cleaning station.
Sea views and a 70m private track to the beach on Fraser Island enhance the large grassed grounds surrounded by trees and bird life on this very private sanctuary.
