The space
Escape to the Chesapeake Bay and enjoy the ultimate beach getaway in this charming 2-bedroom beach house. Wake up to breathtaking views of the bay from the comfort of your private deck, perfect for sipping coffee or evening cocktails. Our place includes two kayaks for you to use (One single and one double kayak), fishing poles, and two adult bicycles.
Outside, the beach house features a large 1-acre lot with four car parking and upper and lower decks for outdoor relaxation. The property includes an outdoor grill, an upper deck for lounging, playing cornhole, or soaking up the sun, a lower porch with porch swings and a love seat, and gates for the safety of children or pets. You can take a walk down to the nearby public dock, just 2,000 feet away, to launch a kayak and explore the bay and Winter Harbour.
Inside, this beach house features a nice open entryway on the ground floor, leading to two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and one with two double beds. Both bedrooms have a Roku TV. There's also a bathroom and a laundry room on this floor. Upstairs, the house features a spacious open area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing ample space for cooking and dining. The family room has a large TV and is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. WIFI and cable TV are included.
We are located in a very tranquil area. Most of the time, the only noise is from the seagulls overhead. Welcome to the bay, where life slows down. Stop by Matthews and experience your "hometown" for your stay. With multiple local shopping opportunities as well as great places to eat. Richardson's is a must if you have a sweet tooth for ice cream. Stop by; it's a 1950s Rexall drugstore that's been converted into a restaurant!
