Positive: Very prompt, responsive, and pleasant when we had 2 electrical failures, the hairdryer and the kettle on two different days. Both were replaced within a few hours. Very clean and some lovely touchs - white wine, wee emergency toothbrush and toothpaste. Lots of shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Good shower. Really comfortable bed. Lovely pool area with plants, loungers, etc. Pool heated with jacuzzi section, loved it. It is shared with other guests, and it appears to be 3 apartments in all. We had a few days to ourselves.
Negative: Nothing to report.
