The main entry opens to a hall leading to an inviting, comfortable space. Beautiful hardwood floors stretch throughout much of the living area while tasteful, nautical accents help create the perfect lake living atmosphere throughout this family home.
The kitchen tucked just around the corner, is perfect for the chef in your group. New kitchen coming May 2022. Stop at the Windmill Farm and Craft Market or the Hammondsport Farmers Market and select your favorite produce; compliments of local farmers, to enhance your meal. Your chef friend will enjoy all of the cooking comforts of home while still being able to see waves crash on the shore from the lakeside window.
Just off the kitchen to the left, the great room welcomes you with a spacious formal dining area and cozy living room area. A spacious, airy, and utterly relaxing space - this room offers plush seating, a stone fireplace, and a truly spectacular view of Keuka Lake through large picture windows. To the other side of the kitchen, you'll find the warm, private, and classic-feeling lounge. This space includes luxurious seating, warm carpeting, and another winning view of Keuka Lake.
Upstairs, three bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom/family suite has an additional king-size bed, and an additional bedroom area with two twin beds. Each bedroom is carefully designed with both comfort and luxury in mind.
The lower level of this cozy home features a newly remodeled second living room. Retreat to the lower level for family movie night on a big screen TV with an electric fireplace below, to watch your favorite sports game or just to curl up on the couch with your favorite book.
