In the heart of the Mâcon countryside, in the hollow of a pleasant hilly wine-growing environment, adjoining the center of the peaceful picturesque village of Vinzelles, perfectly preserved & full of charm, rich in a beautiful listed Romanesque church from the 12th century. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Large bathroom. Warm contemporary character with modern & refined lines. Elegant & soft sobriety. Zen & very relaxing atmosphere. Cozy & ultra cozy. Lots of charm & character. Large private terrace nestled on the immediate edge of the vineyard, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the vines and the surrounding countryside. Very pleasant landscaped setting. Enclosed property (electric gate) offering an intimate, beautiful heated swimming pool (7x3.5m) with a large "beach" planted terrace and a perfect pétanque court. Composition: Single-storey house comprising the owners' apartment and 2 adjoining gîtes in one wing of the house (total independence). Wifi. Heat pump heating. Air conditioning.
