Truly amazing gulf views from this wrap-around Living room balcony, 3 bedroom, 3 bath King bed in Master bedroom, King bed in 2nd bedroom, double bed in 3rd bedroom. This unit has been recently painted and has lots of new furniture and has new stove. Classy and comfortable beach retreat.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was first time staying at Pinnacle Port. The location & view were the bomb. Easy access to beach was huge plus. However, the condo was disappointing. I had spoken to Tanya prior to our visit over a previous review and was assured this unit had been worked on for past two weeks. So we weren’t prepared for all that was wrong. Kitchen faucet leaks. Door handle on oven broken. Bar outlet doesn’t work. Utility room door handle loose (we tightened as best we could with butter knife). Sliding door handle loose (we tightened). Faucet broke in third bedroom. Bathroom doors do not lock. Toilet seats in all bathrooms slide off when you sit down. No hair dryer. Only one washcloth per bathroom for six people. Mold/mildew on ceiling of second bathroom. No dishcloth or sponge in kitchen. Air not consistent through out especially front bedroom next to no air. Balcony chair was broken so fell into wall when I sat down. TV in LR didn’t work and no response when left messages/text. Needless to say would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.
