As soon as you enter the unit, you’ll enter the bedroom, with 2 queen beds and its own closet, dresser, and flat-screen TV. You’ll then walk into the kitchen, fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove and oven, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, and serveware. The bathroom has a full-size shower and tub combination, with granite-top vanity. Lastly, you enter the living room, with a view that you’ll want to stare at for days! A fold-out sofa bed and a murphy bed allow 4 to sleep in the living room, which also has its own dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV.
Enjoy your mornings having coffee on your very own oceanfront balcony overlooking the resort’s oceanfront pool deck, featuring COUNTLESS pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers, as well as a mini water park for kids, and checkers, and chess boards!
IMPORTANT: This unit is NOT managed with the resort’s front desk, any communication is made through your reservation on the rental platform and is done with Stratus Properties. **NOTE: Effective August 1, 2021, the management of the resort’s front desk has made the decision that rental guests of this unit shall not have a right of access to, or patronage from, the following Compass Cove Resort commercial facilities. Therefore, guests will not receive pool bands at the front desk for the following:

The Compass Joe Coffee Shop (Starbucks)
Guest Laundry Facilities
However, there are still plenty of pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and kiddie pools to enjoy that are open to ALL guests! There are also several area restaurants and coffee shops who would be grateful for your business!
Rental Terms:
This unit includes eight (8) pool bands to access the pool deck, as well as two (2) parking deck card keys and two (2) parking passes. Failure to return all of these items to the unit upon departure will result in a charge against the damage deposit that is required as part of the rental rate.
There are no pets allowed, as well as no smoking, to include but not limited to tobacco cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or vaping. THIS INCLUDES BALCONIES!! Any sign of these rules being broken will result in a charge against the damage deposit.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all your neighbors & The Property Rules!! Absolutely no parties allowed – if we are made aware of any parties, you will be removed from the unit immediately, with NO REFUNDS.
There are no early check-ins, as your information is sent through an automated system that is scheduled for the set check-in time. This allows our cleaning company to thoroughly and effectively clean the unit before your arrival.
This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.
Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
