Positive: Beautiful apartment, owner lives downstairs and is super helpful. Apartment was cleaned after 3 days which was amazing. Comfortable beds, good wifi, smart tv. Parked right outside. There's a little supermarket down the hill to right, lovely local restaurants round the corner. 3 big supermarkets very close too. Nikiti beach is long, with cafes and pedalos etc. Water is beautiful!
Negative: So, the only problem in August is there is a lot of traffic on the main road between the old part of town and the beach side. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach, not ideal when its super hot, and it was barely quicker by car. However, there are lots of places to park near the beach, we never had a problem finding a space. In the evening we either walked to the beach side when it was cooler or stayed on the old town side which has restaurants 3 min walk away. It's definitely quieter with a gorgeous view on that side but you can't pop back to the flat from the beach when you want.
Summary: Beautiful apartment plenty of space for 4.
