Beautiful newly furnished/decorated beach cottage, 3bd, 2ba, open concept living area, Clubhouse and community pool with zero-entry access directly adjacent to cottage. A second community pool is also available at the entrance to the community. All the comforts of home for you to enjoy - TV with basic DISH and Bluray player in living room, TV with basic DISH and DVD player in master bedroom, full sized washer and dryer, screened-in rear deck and gas grill to enjoy out back. Home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell as well as a screened-in porch security camera. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking allowed in the house or in the screened-in porch area.
