Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
You’ll be in awe as soon as you pull up to this sprawling 8-acre lot through the gated entry at the end of the drive. The charming exterior has a cottagey feel that lives up to the ranch-style living that Texas is known for. Surrounded by tall oak trees, you’ll have tons of privacy. Inside, the home is super luxurious and you’ll have a hard time figuring out where to look first. There are many beautiful updates in the stunning interior complemented by gorgeous lighting, furniture, and décor.
The living and dining area are open to one another with beautiful features, including coffered ceilings that add a truly luxe feel. You’ll love spending time here as a group whether you’re enjoying your meals around the dining table or watching TV by the fireplace in the cozy living room. This space also has HUGE windows looking out to the backyard patio, making it all feel like one continuous space.
There are SO many amazing spots in this home and one of them is definitely the jaw dropping gourmet kitchen! You will love how spacious and stunning it is with amazing cabinets, countertops, and built-in stainless-steel appliances. It’s not just a looker though; it also comes fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up your own fresh meals. Cooking in here will have you feeling like a fancy chef! There is also a small breakfast area, as well as barstools at the kitchen counter so there are plenty of great spots to enjoy your meals.
You’ll have 4 spacious hotel-quality bedrooms with great features. We’ve taken every step to ensure you’ll get a great night’s rest in the relaxing atmosphere of these rooms. They are all furnished with comfy beds and lavish linens you’ll be able to sink right into. There are also 2.5 stunning bathrooms with huge walk-in showers, large vanities, and a soaking tub in the master bath. The Neighborhood:
Your vacation home will be located in Pilot Point, a countryside area outside of the DFW area that embodies ranch-style living. Rich in history, Pilot Point is the oldest settlement in Denton County and its commercial district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You’ll be located 45 minutes from DFW Airport and within an hour of downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth, which offer many amazing and well-known attractions.
Closer to home, you’ll have access to many recreational activities just 15 minutes away at Ray Roberts Lake State Park, including Jordan Branch Park, Isle du Bois State Park, and the Ray Roberts Greenbelt, which is a 20 mile multi-use trail stretching from Lake Ray Roberts to Lake Lewisville. You’ll get to witness stunning views and sunsets. The activity options here are endless, including camping, biking, hiking, horse-back riding, swimming at the beaches, fishing, and photography.
Just 1 minute away, you’ll find the Texas Tulips, depending on the season. They have over 100 varieties of tulips to choose from, including different colors and shapes. You’ll be able to pick your own tulips and take some great pictures. The Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch is 10 minutes away, offering the opportunity to experience rare, endangered, and exotic wildlife species. The picturesque 126-acre ranch facility offers private tours, a walk-through petting zoo, outdoor dining areas, and a snack bar. Sharkarosa is home to more than 180 animals, including such unique species as alpacas, emus, lemurs, bears, kangaroos, bearded dragons, and much more!

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

One of our fireplaces is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time.
The other fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
