Pilot House 5 is a well-kept and newly-updated property, located in great mid-town area, close by popular restaurants, bars, and local activities. This townhouse offers expansive ocean views, large and fully furnished deck with direct beach access, private balconies, large storage room with an additional refrigerator, and a lot more! Many upgrades to the property have recently been made, including new TVs in bedrooms, new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, new furnishing throughout the house. Guests feel completely at home with luxuries like Wireless Internet access, Blue Ray, DVD player, Washer/Dryer & more. Open up the sliding glass doors and extend the living space into the fresh sea air so you can relax on the huge private deck and watch the waves crash on the shore. Plenty of ice to be had with a 100 lb per day commercial ice maker. Guests enjoy 2-car private parking at no cost. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Easy Walk to Beach, Dining & Convention Center Conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City, guests of Pilot House will love this great spot. Not only are you a half block from the beach, but you are within 5 blocks of some of the city's most popular dining options, such as Seacrets, Dumser's Dairyland, 45th St. Tap House Bar & Grill, On the Bay Seafood, Dough Roller, and more. Also just 5 blocks from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, which hosts hundreds of exciting events and activities throughout the year. Just a short drive or bus ride from the Boardwalk and downtown area. This property is only available for weekly rental with Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay during the off-season (check-in any day of the week, 3- or 4-night min). Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens from home or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you'll be needing Linen Service & we will provide a quote).
