Positive: Great location, nice room, quiet, the whole place was clean, offered entertainment, friendly staff, outdoor seating for bar and restaurant, a place to secure bikes, security cameras. Quiet after the entertainment at 10pm. Code to get in after hours. TV and AC.
Negative: The only thing I’d say was there was a very funny smell going into the room. As if covering something like mold or an overflow. But once in the room we didn’t notice it at all. We had to either pay a high price for parking at Pilgrim House ($75) or go down the street (5 minute walk) To park the car overnight. $40. Some other places )$30 or $35 an overnight. Once you park for an overnight you can’t take the car in or out. You’d have to pay $3-4 an hour.
