Set in a quiet neighborhood where varying elevation creates a visual distance between neighbors, the Forest Hill house sits in on an acre near to Pike National Forest and has spectacular unobstructed views of Pikes Peak in the Rocky Mountains.
Soak in the 6 person hot tub or enjoy the mountain and forest views from the front porch or outdoor gas grill/eating area. Your mountain inn is full of comfortable log beds.
The Peak View suite hides away at the end of the house with peak views of sunsets to the west and unobstructed mountain views of Pikes Peak to the south. The Peak View has vintage lodge decor including an old TV, antique books, and quirky chandelier. The a newly renovated master bathroom with bowl sinks, a vanity made of boat oars, and a brand new shower. Sit on the leather chair by the picture window with your fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the mountain panorama. The suite sleeps two on an ample and substantial queen log bed made locally in Woodland Park, Colorado.
The Pine Room has a porch-in-the-woods feel and is surrounded on three sides by Douglas fir and ponderosa pine. Leave the curtains open and watch the moon rise off the ridge of Bald Mountain. The Pine Room sleeps two on a full log bed and has direct access to the outdoor deck and hot tub.
The Aspen Room has the feel of a bunkhouse in the trees. From this second story picture window, peer through quaking leaves for big mountain views of Pikes Peak. Located directly across the hall from the bathroom, the bunk room provides ample room for several guests to catch a good night’s sleep. The aspen room can sleep 4 and features 3 log bed options: Twin, Extra Long Twin, and Queen.

The House at Forest Hill has a functional galley kitchen with necessary amenities included. Three grocery stores are within a couple minutes drive so you can easily stock up on all the coffee, snacks, and meal supplies needed for your time away.
The dining area sits between kitchen and living area with comfortable seating for 8. But you can slide a couple more in on the old church pew.
The living area brings the outside mountain view in through a floor to ceiling picture window. The window was designed by engineers to situate exactly so that the topmost point of the window aligns directly with the summit of Pikes Peak. This unusual room includes invitingly worn leather couches and an entertainment center which contains games and a large Smart TV monitor. The Smart TV is connected to the free wi-fi and is capable of linking to your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or other internet accounts. Bring your cables and hook up your own gaming systems.
