Positive: How promptly the owner and his wife was always available and finding immediate solutions to your issues.
Negative: The first tent that we were in was dirty but it happens since your in Pineta and in a camping site. With this Valeria assist us promptly and assigned us another tent. We also had a problem and water went inside our tent during a storm but resolve the issue during the next morning.
Summary: Great camping experience although problems occurred it was easy resolve by the owner and his wife.
