This newly constructed Pigeon Hill townhome was designed with urban dweller in mind: close proximity to West Seattle and Downtown provides a perfect escape from hustle and noise of the city. This space is best for up to four guests with two "master suites" located on upper and lower level. Main level offers all comforts and amenities of a home when traveling. While this townhome is a mere 650 sq. ft, you will enjoy modern decor, thoughtful amenities and a safe, quiet neighborhood.
Main level opens to fully stocked kitchen and dining area, living room offers comfortable seating for four guests and smart 4K TV with multiple applications to keep you entertained during your stay.
A unique staircase leads you to the second, loft-like level with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and a private patio overlooking green belt. From main level, take a spiral staircase to the ground level where you will find another bedroom with a dedicated bathroom attached. This bedroom offers access outside.
While the entire unit is only 650 sq. ft, it is extremely well laid out and perfect for two couples or individuals who enjoy privacy when staying with others under one roof.
Considering that both bedrooms are accessible via stairs, we do not think guest who have difficulty climbing stairs or have mobility issues would enjoy this property. Moreover, we highly suggest that you exercise caution when using both staircases and please hold handrail for safety.
