Summary: Cabin was dirty, lights didn't work, games didn't work. Outside light didn't work, no TV or WIFI. We had to wait hours for them to send someone to fix a ceiling fan that was about to fall. The view and location was the only good thing about our Experience. very poorly managed. You would think they would get sick of these bad reviews and fix the problems. And yes i called several times before this trip and the day of and was assured everytime that any and all problems were fixed.
