This gorgeous pier home, located in Oceanside Village, is just minutes from the beach (5 min walk, 2 minute ride on golf cart). With two bedrooms and two full baths, it offers all the luxuries of a high-end home with plenty of room for a single family or 2 couples looking to vacation together. There is also a garage for extra storage and lots of parking available!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32' flat screen TV with full, private master bath complete with walk-in tile shower and whirlpool jacuzzi jet tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 27' flat screen TV with a second full bath off hallway. There is also a twin size air mattress (easy, automatic plug in to fill) kept for additional sleeping capacity.
The kitchen offers all the amenities of home with new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous dark espresso cabinetry, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats six. The living room is very relaxing and comfortable with plush sofa and recliner as well as a beautiful new Panasonic 50' LED High Definition TV (deluxe digital cable package, all channels!), Surround Sound Home Theater System, DVD/CD Player, and even High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available! Full laundry area available with brand new high end stackable washer and dryer. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the large deck which has a full patio set and umbrella for outside enjoyment in the sun!
Our home also comes with full use of this beautiful high-end golf cart for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our pier home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!
Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a five minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a few minutes' drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!

Summary: This house was amazing! Everything was as advertised. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very family-friendly. The house had all the amenities you would need. Like all the other reviews, we loved the fact that the owner provided a golf cart which came in very handy specially when you were able to park right on the beach at their private parking lot. Jen was the perfect host. Very communicative and super-accessible. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of. This was our first time in the Surfside Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!
