This suite boasts 2 full bathrooms, 3 sleeping areas, and a living room with dining table. Located on the second floor of Piedmont House, mobility required due to stairs.
When entering from the exterior door, the vaulted ceiling and walls of windows are front and center, showcasing a gorgeous view of Christ of the Ozarks statue. Full bathroom with XL jetted tub is accessible from the living room and adjoins a cozy bedroom with king bed, his/hers closet space, and streaming tv.
Adjoining the living room and separated by a set of
French doors is a short corridor leading to the second and third sleeping spaces. Please note these spaces do not have a door separating them and are recommended for families who do not require additional privacy. The queen bed sleeping space with streaming tv is ideal for late risers or those who prefer a darker sleeping space. This room also provides direct access to the Piedmont House second floor landing and coffee station. A second full bath with tub/shower combo is located en suite. A twin sized daybed is located on the other side of the corridor, and boasts a wall of windows overlooking Christ of the Ozarks.

Circa 1880, Piedmont House was built as tourist lodging and has continued to provide relaxing and convenient accommodations for nearly 150 years. Located on upper Spring Street within blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, Piedmont House offers 12 unique guest rooms and stands out with its grand wraparound porches and amazing views.
As a guest of Piedmont House, you are invited to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at our self service beverage station.
Parking - Guests are provided one parking space per room. Please be advised that parking is accessed via a set of stairs behind the building. At check-in, it is recommended that guests use the loading zone on Spring Street to unload luggage before parking. There is also free street parking at street level, available on first come first serve basis.
Unique Property Information - As the longest operating lodging facility in Eureka Springs, Piedmont House is a historic, charming choice for your stay. While each room is private with an en suite bathroom, Piedmont is essentially a large house with shared common areas. Guests are invited to be as social or as private as they like. As is the case for many Eureka Springs historic properties, mobility is required to navigate stairs.
Aside from our Edgewood Terrace and Hideaway Suites, all rooms have interior doors that enter into the main foyer where guests come and go during the day. To promote a quiet night time environment, we ask guests to refrain from using the central hallways and common areas after 10pm.
In room refrigerators and a microwave in the common area are provided for convenience; breakfast service is not available at this time.
Check-in is self service, but you will often see staff on site during business hours and at Friday check-in. We are always happy to assist with any questions or concerns.
