Positive: Friendly receptionist, Francesca is great and very helpful. Exceptionally clean upon arrival. Large private balconies ( safe for kids as well) Great location , 1 minute walk to the lake front. Brilliant pool, Outside toilets. Lots of underground parking Washing machines Lots of bins for waste disposal
Negative: No kettle in our room Air conditioning didnt work in the main bedroom . Air conditioning not very cold in the lounge either, (just about manageable)
