This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
The views from this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo are spectacular! This 12th floor 801 sq ft unit has direct unobstructed views of the sugar white sand beaches and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom has a king bed and in the living room a sleeper sofa. This condo is decorated in cool colors with a flat screen TV and DVD in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with lots of counter space for making a cup of coffee or cooking local seafood for dinner. All rooms have tiled floors.
The amenities include a weight room racquetball court sauna indoor pool hot tubs tennis courts and outdoor pool with waterfall bridge. If you're looking for a place to go out at night you're next door to the legendary Flora-Bama. Phoenix X is one of the most popular complexes in Orange Beach and located a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores.
This is a nonsmoking property and 1 car limit. Monthly rentals November to March 1. Come stay with us!
