There are two master suites, both with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with two queen beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's for your enjoyment.
The living room boasts a 60 inch flat screen TV and dvd player. The couch pulls out a queen sleeper to accommodate extra sleeping arrangements with blackout draperies providing as much darkness as needed.
The dining room table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals while at the beach.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet bar with ice maker!
This unit is top of the line in amenities and in the perfect location.

Parking: A 3 bedroom condo guarantees you up to 2 parking passes and can be purchased upon arrival at the front desk, if extra passes are needed....... depending on building capacity, passes can be purchased at the front desk for $45 each plus tax. If the building is at capacity, the front desk can offer you some off premises options.

Summary: Condo had no problems whatsoever. We loved our stay and will do it again. Orange Beach is such a beautiful place and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Owner was very attentive and easy to work with. The unit was extremely comfy.
