Luxurious resort-like retreat in a beautiful community with spectacular golf and mountain views. Plenty of room for everyone in this stunning 5200 sq ft resort-style home with 6 beds/6 baths. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, large island, dining area which opens to family room which steps out 2 patios, fireplace and BBQ.
Formal Living room and Dining area off kitchen for all your entertaining needs. Master bedroom offers walk-in closet and newly remodeled bathroom, large walk in shower.
3 additional bedrooms, 2 are ensuite, on main floor.
Upper floor has large bedroom and half bath with a private patio with breathtaking sunset views.
This home provides total privacy and the location is near all conveniences. Very close to Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Paradise Valley, shopping and award winning restaurants.
Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Frys market.
We are on the 17th hole on the Public, Stone Creek golf course and has very nice rates (approx. $20) for after 4pm

Summary: Our stay at the Cholla house in Scottsdale was great. One of the highlights was the private pickleball court, which we took full advantage of. We played countless matches and it was a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time.The putting green was another fun feature. The terrain was interesting but we turned it into our own mini-golf challenge, creating games and trick shots that kept us entertained. The pool and jacuzzi grotto were relaxing and if there were any issues with the temperature or controls someone was available to guide us. Inside, the house was just as impressive. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The entertainment areas were thoughtfully designed so we could have two sports games on tv at the same time. Whether we were inside or outside, the Cholla House delivered an incredible experience, making our trip truly memorable.
