This home is situated in a cul-de-sac so its nice and quiet. The upper level has a master bedroom with full ensuite, king size bed and sliding patio doors to the balcony which over looks the beautiful tropical backyard and waterfall pool setting.

There are 2 guest rooms with queen size beds and full bath on upper level as well. Main level has beautiful open kitchen and living room design with laundry room and half bath. Kitchen boasts a large fridge with ice maker for enjoying those smoothies by the pool. Large flat screen tv with satellite & Amazon Firestick. Central Heating and Air Conditioning with ceiling fans thruout the home.

Within 10 minutes of the Arizona Cardinals Football Stadium, Gila River Hockey Arena which is located near the WestGate Outlet Shopping and Entertainment District including trendy Restaurants and Bars. Also Phoenix International Raceway the home of NASCAR racing is within 10 minutes. Spring training for Major League Baseball close by. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby as well. This area is fairly new.
