Phoenix II 2116 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, Alabama located on the 11th floor. The condo has a king bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with new vanity and granite. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops and new cabinets. Condo has been professionally painted throughout.
Phoenix II is directly on the gulf with plenty of amenities including an outdoor pool, exercise room, hot tubs, sauna and a children's pool. There is also bbq grills, beach volleyball, racquetball and tennis courts available on the grounds. Phoenix II is also in walking distance to The Ruby Slipper Café and Doc's Seafood and Steaks. The property is a smoke-free facility and has a 25 year age limit to rent. The parking pass is purchased on-site at the Phoenix I front desk.
