2024 Building Upgrades - Both hot tubs replaced and remodeled, exercise room has been remodeled and two brand new elevators have been installed.
Beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo with spectacular direct Gulf views from the 11th floor. The unit overlooks a beautiful sugar sand beach. Expect to see amazing sunrises, dolphin, and other wildlife. Very clean, all new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Newer stainless-steel appliances with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Wake up each day and enjoy the surf rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico while dolphins swim by. Plus, the Phoenix I complex is in the heart of Orange Beach and close to so many restaurants and activities. You'll fall in love with Phoenix I 1117!!!
Since January 2022:
There has only been one maintenance request made for this unit, which was to repair the closet doors in the 2nd bedroom. The old fold out doors have been replaced with new sliding doors. All new HVAC, a new commercial hot water tank, and new high end dishwasher have been installed. All new living room furniture was added in May of 2022. We strive to ensure everything is in working order for your vacation.
Phoenix I 1117 sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a king bed in master bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs (living room is a 55” Smart TV, allowing all streaming services, master has 50" Smart TV), washer and dryer, beach front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, and high-end cotton linens. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for dining outside, having your morning coffee, or enjoying the views.
Complex Amenities: Solar-heated Outdoor Pool ; Access to Lighted Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts;Indoor Racquetball Courts; Hot Tubs & Saunas; Fitness Room; Gazebos ;Barbeque Grills; Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in all lobbies and room.
Phoenix I is a smoke-free building, including pool decks, balconies, and other common areas.
Gulf State Park is close by for hiking, biking, beautiful views, and eagle watching.
Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit.
You will need to visit the Phoenix I front desk to purchase your parking pass(es). As of 1/1/23, Phoenix I is charging $55 (includes tax) for a resort tax, which includes 1 parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Summary: We stayed for seven days and we enjoyed it. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The AC was very cold. Had plenty of stuff we cook dinner. It had everything in the kitchen you could think of! Very clean property very clean condo. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend looking for a place to stay with beachfront views and easy access to the beach and a very affordable condo!
