NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. **THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX including pool decks, balconies and other common areas**
PARKING: Parking is paid separate from reservation. You will purchase a parking pass from the desk upon arrival ($50/each, 2 vehicle max). If you have a 3rd vehicle, it can park at our office which is about 2 miles from the complex for $50 per stay.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
