Positive: Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful hotel, and perfectly located near main tourist landmarks in central Copenhagen. Excellent breakfast.
Negative: Air conditioning had lower limit of 20 degrees. However, the weather was unseasonably warm, so room temperature is probably not an issue normally
